Our Open Floor Philosophy

We believe in the power of open spaces. They promote free-form training and multi-joint movement that mirrors our three-dimensional, real-life bodies. Rhino is leading the way with this type of ground-based exercise -a dynamic form of movement that’s less likely to lead to injury or boredom. Our future includes machines and open space. L.E.A.N. Commit to Fit

8 weeks to a better you.  Get on track with your nutrition, weight-loss and performance with this amazing 8 week program. Participants will learn 8 basic LEAN lifestyle habits & patterns, have access to nutrition health coaching from the comfort of their home, and experience group support while working on personal health and fitness goals.

Smart Grocery Shopping

Grocery shopping can be daunting and confusing if you’re trying to buy healthy foods without blowing your budget. Your Certified Health Coach works with clients on making healthy shopping trips less stressful. Coach will walk with you through the store and help make healthy grocery shopping both simple and affordable.

Pantry Makeover

A pantry makeover is similar to spring cleaning – out with the bad, in with the good! The purpose of a pantry makeover is to help you bring awareness to your current food choices, while making space for healthier alternatives. Using the principles of Traffic Light eating your coach will help you understand what foods you should consider stocking your pantry, fridge and freezer with.
