1 cup natural peanut butter or sunbutter

1 cup local honey

1 serving of Muscle Gain (chocolate or vanilla)*

4 cups desired add-ins for crunch and additional nutrients (oats, granola, raisins, pumpkin seeds, etc.)

* May substitute Muscle Gain with Jay Robb Egg White Protein, Onnit Hemp Protein, or any other reputable protein source.


1) Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Add additional honey or Muscle Gain Powder to create desired consistency. 

2) Scoop out in large spoonfulls and form into balls using hands, place on parchment paper and roll in desired topping** if adding one.

3) Place into freezer for minimum of one hour to form. May be stored in freezer or refrigerator in airtight container.

**Any desired topping of choice for flavor (chocolate chips, coconut flakes, shredded almonds, etc.)
